What are your guarantees for the hair and how long it will last?

At Unime Hair, we guarantee that all our extensions are made with 100% aligned Remy hair, ensuring superior quality, a natural look, and long-lasting results. Our products are manufactured to strict quality control standards, using only Virgin Hair Braids as raw materials.

With proper care and maintenance, our extensions can last over a year, maintaining their softness, shine, and durability. Furthermore, we uphold craftsmanship and offer solutions such as repair, refunds, or reshipments in the rare case of manufacturing defects to ensure your satisfaction.

What are your payment terms?

For sample orders or in-stock orders, we will arrange shipment upon receiving full payment. Before shipment, we will provide photos or videos for your confirmation.

What are your lead times?

For stock colors and products, our delivery time is generally 5-7 days, the shipping time is determined by the express method you choose, usually FedEx takes 5-7 days,

For color custom orders, our delivery time needs to be determined based on color complexity, and color quantity. Our professional team will provide you with detailed plans and negotiate adjustments. Usually, our order production does not exceed 5-6 weeks.

Do you have a minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

For stock colors, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) required—you can purchase the exact quantity and weight you need.

For custom color orders, our MOQ is 1kg per color per length. However, for very complex colors, the MOQ may increase to 1.5kg-2kg per color to account for higher operating costs.

How do I track my order?

After the order is shipped, our service team will send you a tracking code via email or live chat tool so that you can check the shipment progress.

Why does hair go from light to blonde?

One of the most common issues with light-colored or cold silver hair extensions is that they can develop a golden or brassy tone after a period of use. This typically happens due to exposure to heat, styling products, or environmental factors that affect the color. To combat this,during the bleaching process, we aim to reach a color similar to 1001 while carefully preserving the hair’s quality. This approach ensures that even if the color changes with prolonged use, it won’t turn golden or brassy. Instead, the hair will gradually shift to a grayish-white tone, which most customers find acceptable and natural-looking. This technique helps maintain a cool, neutral hue without compromising the integrity of the hair.

Why hair gets dry and tangled?

Dry, brittle hair and tangling are frequent complaints, especially with lower-quality extensions. These issues arise when the hair cuticle is damaged or not properly aligned, leading to frizz and snags. To solve this problem, we first select good raw materials. Then we perform water washing tests at various important points in the production process to determine whether the head and tail are reversed. Finally, we use mild cold water treatment to protect the integrity of the scales.
