Unime Hair accepts returns and exchanges of eligible products within 30 days of the original shipping date.

• Wear, staining, or damage

• Opened or used hair care products

• Items returned after 30 days

• Additional gifts included in the packaging (no need to return)

Important Note: Do not return ineligible items – these cannot be processed.

How to Return or Exchange

Please contact us first at baiye13561376391@gmail.com to confirm eligibility and obtain the correct return address.

Use that address for the return (different from the shipping address).

• For returns caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size/color), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• For returns caused by Unime Hair (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Exchange Policy

• Eligible items can be exchanged for items of equal value.

• Replacements will be shipped after we receive the original.
