• Detangle Before You Clip:Gently brush both your natural hair and your Unime Hair Clip-Ins before installation. This ensures a smooth, secure fit and helps the clips stay put all day.
• Section Smartly:Take the time to properly section your hair. Even placement of the extensions helps achieve a seamless, natural-looking blend.
• Store With Care:Keep your Clip-Ins in a cool, dry place when not in use—ideally in a storage bag. This prevents tangling and preserves the hair’s softness and shine.
• Protect Before Heat Styling:Always apply a heat protectant to both your natural hair and extensions before using hot tools. This helps prevent damage and keeps your extensions looking their best.

• Don't Sleep in Them: Wearing your Clip-Ins overnight can cause matting, tangling, and breakage. Always remove them before bed.
• Don't Overload the Clips: Clipping too much hair into one section can cause slipping and discomfort. Less is more when it comes to secure placement.

Shipping & Processing

• In-stock items: Ship within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Items not in stock: Allow 5–7 business days for production and processing before dispatch.
• Custom colors: Require 30–35 days for production.
• Shipping: Usually around 7 business days after dispatch via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Times vary by destination and customs clearance.
• Tracking: Your tracking number will be emailed after dispatch.
