Do:

• Store your Wire Halo hair extensions in a cool, dry place when not in use to keep them clean, tangle-free, and long-lasting.
• Use a wide-tooth comb or loop brush to gently detangle from ends to roots before and after each wear.
• Wash only when needed using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and let the extensions air dry naturally to preserve softness and shine.
• Apply a heat protectant before using any hot tools. This helps maintain the integrity of the hair and extends its lifespan.

Don't:

• Sleep, shower, or swim with your Wire Halo hair extensions on. These activities can cause tangling, slippage, or damage.
• Pull or stretch the wire roughly when putting on or taking off. Always handle with care to protect both your natural hair and the extension.
• Use products with sulfates, alcohol, or heavy oils, as they can dry out the hair, cause buildup, or affect the invisible wire's elasticity.

Shipping & Processing

• In-stock items: Ship within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Items not in stock: Allow 5–7 business days for production and processing before dispatch.
• Custom colors: Require 30–35 days for production.
• Shipping: Usually around 7 business days after dispatch via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Times vary by destination and customs clearance.
• Tracking: Your tracking number will be emailed after dispatch.
