Shipping policy

At Unime Hair, we're committed to making your shopping experience seamless—from processing to delivery, and returns and exchanges when necessary.

1. Order Processing and Shipping

We process and ship orders 7 days a week, including Sundays (excluding major public holidays).

• Processing your order typically takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Shipping Window

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to activate. If you don't see it,

please check your spam/junk/promotions folder.

Delivery

• The courier will decide whether your package needs to be signed for or left in your mailbox or at your door.

• Even with couriers, delivery on Saturdays is not guaranteed.

• Shipping time depends heavily on the carrier's distribution network, local customs inspections, airline arrangements, etc., so delivery time is not 100% guaranteed. However, 90% of packages are expected to arrive on time, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• Tip: Enter your address (home, workplace, or a trusted friend) so someone can safely receive your package.

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping and billing addresses.

• To ensure successful delivery, please fill in your complete address, including any apartment or house number.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned, and any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

• Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1 to 2 business days.

2. International Shipping and Customs
Customs, Duties, and Taxes


• Orders shipped outside the United States may incur import duties or taxes, which are not included in your purchase price.

• We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs duties or taxes. Therefore, you are responsible for all relevant customs and duties. These are government-levied taxes and fees. Please contact your country's customs department for information on outbound parcel fees and rates.

Unime Hair cannot predict customs clearance costs or speed. Customs inspections may cause delivery delays—this is beyond our control.

If delays or returns are caused by the recipient's lack of cooperation with customs clearance:

• Return shipping costs and taxes will be borne by the recipient.

• Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
